Sides Construction Co. of Cape Girardeau is the apparent low bidder for a new nature center and regional headquarters of the Missouri Department of Construction that will be built in the Cape County North Park. The Cape Girardeau City Council has approved an ordinance changing the structure and clarifying the duties of the city's airport board, despite concerns that the measure would "dilute" the body; council members say the ordinance isn't intended to dilute the board, but to clarify its responsibilities and make it similar to other city boards.. ...
