Thousands of birds have taken up residence at and around Southeast Missouri State University, and neighbors aren't pleased; for the past three weeks, large numbers of starlings, blackbirds and robins have been nesting in trees near the Towers complex at the university and at homes along Alta Vista, Terrace Drive, Normal and Pacific, covering the ground with their droppings...
