MoDOT reports water-covered roadways (04/23/11)
The Missouri Department of Transportation is urging motorists to take caution when traveling flooded routes in Cape Girardeau, Scott, Bollinger and Perry counties. Several roadways in Southeast Missouri now have water over them due to heavy rainfall.
