The Rev. Jim Matthews, 54, of Cape County Cowboy Church was born and raised in Sikeston, Mo. He became the pastor of the church when it began in January 2004. He enjoys hunting and fishing on his spare time. Besides being a pastor he also trains and shows quarter horses. Matthews has been a member of a church all his life and has served as a pastor for 34 years.
