It is the policy of the local probation and parole offices in Cape Girardeau and Sikeston to not issue arrest warrants for probation violations when an offender who is on probation for drug-related crimes is charged with a new drug crime. Of course the rates will be low if you do not issue probation warrants for new arrests...
