A paramedic or EMT could do the job. When a child has a serious injury or illness at a school, an ambulance is called anyway, and the care is turned over to a paramedic or EMT. So just think about it. An RN is not necessary. An LPN is just fine, and basic care is always taken, with a child on the scene...
