LETTERS: EXECUTIVE WAR POWERS NEED TO BE LIMITED
(Letter to the Editor ~ 12/21/95)
To the editor: Voters have a surefire cure for the Bosnian pox. This home remedy stops all presidential wars and bogus peace missions which misuse and abuse our war fighters and us. KINDER'S COMMENTARY: CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM FLAWS
(Column ~ 12/21/95)
I belong to a privileged class of Americans. I am an incumbent officeholder. Last year, we in the Missouri General Assembly debated and passed, over my strenuous opposition, Senate Bill 650, which, in the Orwellian manner of Big Governments everywhere, is misleadingly called a "campaign finance reform bill."...

Dec. 21, 1995 Dear friends, Some of you are old enough to remember a television series called "That Was the Week that Was."
