COUNCIL TO CONSIDER CHANGES IN PROCEDURES

The Cape Girardeau City Council today is expected to adopt new procedural guidelines for its bimonthly meetings. The new procedures are the recommendation of a committee of Councilmen Melvin Gateley, Melvin Kasten and Al Spradling III.
