PERRYVILLE -- Voters last week rejected two proposals to fund improvements in Perryville schools, but district officials say they'll put at least one of the issues on the ballot again next year. A $4.9 million bond issue and 19-cent tax levy increase were both narrowly defeated in Tuesday's election. But a voter turnout of just under 50 percent and a narrow margin of defeat on both issues are encouraging to school officials...
