What is your opinion of the recent summit between President Donald J. Trump and Kim Jong Un in Singapore?

The President should not have gone? The only reason that you would vote for that way is HATE for the President, not that it might change the threats of having a nuke attack here or somewhere around the world, the man has done something that no other President has ever done before, get them at least to set down and start talking in a positive manner, only time will tell. But one side of politics has so much hate that they can’t see past it, it doesn’t matter what you are Democrat are Republican, hope that this turns into something good for America & worldwide.

I think this is better than what he was doing, but who are you kidding this is Trump we are talking about. He went there and got nothing in return. He says he got them to denuclearize but doesn't have any way to verify that they are denuclearizing. And don't forget both sides have a history of breaking agreements. Trump has pulled out of the Paris accord, The Iranian deal, etc. North Korea has a history of promising to denuclearize and yet they back out time and time again. It would be great if we would have peace in Korea, but its not likely to happen with this administration and their history.
