The Movement is a virtual challenge designed to bring the community together through outdoor, active experiences.
HOW IT WORKS:
Unlike a traditional race or walk, The Movement is a virtual event that allows you to be active anytime, anywhere, and in any way, you'd like – while still having the support of a community.
GET SOCIAL:
Download the list of Movement selfie spots then set out on an adventure to take a picture of you and your movement partners at each place the week of the event. Be sure to share your photos on social media using the hashtag #MindBodyMovement2020 and to tag rustmedia on either Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
When: Anytime between June 20 - 27.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Register for the event.
- Download route information and the official list of Movement Selfie Spots.
- During the week of June 20 – 27, grab your friends and family or head out for your own for a walk, bike or run at your own pace on one of our designated routes or a route of your choice!
- Share photos of you and your Movement partners at each place on our selfie spot list using the #MindBodyMovement2020 and tag rustmedia on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter for your chance to win great prizes from local businesses. NOTE: Photos can be shared through the end of the day June 27th, so you don't have to find them all in one day to be entered to win.
