Charles Williams of Jackson, Mo. took his sons Jaelen, 2, and Corie, 4, to the SEMO District Fair Saturday where they tried to win prizes at the Fish Pond game. Debbie Wessels worked at the booth.

Caleb Menz, 5, of Scott City, Mo. slid down the Rainbow Rock slide Saturday afternoon at the fair.

Jacob Pair, 2, of Cape Girardeau rode the train during the first day of the fair.

Members of the Daisy 4-H Club in Daisy, Mo., prepared the bed for their cattle which will arrive at the fair on Tuesday.
