The Missouri Legislature Friday presented the Cape Girardeau Jaycees with special commendation for their community work, which has gained the organization national recognition. Shown from the left are Mark Kasten, Mike Lane, Roy McGaugh, Tom Leggett, State Rep. Jerry Ford, who presented the citation; Charles Westrich, Dick Shirrell and John Baker.
