A ribbon cutting ceremony marked the opening of "Kim's Secret Water Garden," the newest exhibit at Discovery Playhouse in Cape Girardeau on Friday, April 22, 2011. The exhibit, which features interactive water tables, honors the memory of the late Kim Kurka McDowell.
