Area residents share their 2011 New Year's resolutions and goals.

-Live in AWARENESS with eyes and arms open to discovery
-Be AFFECTED by experiences and feelings which bring deeper gratitude and understanding
-ACTIVELY RESPOND by bringing responses and understanding into form, thus inspiring greater awareness

2011 Resolution: Spend more time with my girlfriend and family, and to be the ball.

Continue to work on service to God's people and my ongoing relationship with God. Also, being a support to the greater community, especially to those most in need.
Selina Hente, 11, and her cousin Abbey Grabow,6, play in the dentist office at Discovery Playhouse Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Selina wants to "have a new style" next year. Abbey said of her New Year's resolution, "I wish I could have lots more candy."

2011 New Year's goals:
To compete in x-terra races which means: hitting the gym regularly(3 times a week), morning drills which consist of riding a bike more, and more laps in the pool. Also, to enjoy adventures with my grandchildren, and travel.
