A Law Day celebration that included the dedication of the Judicial Education and History Center and a Naturalization Ceremony for 14 new United States citizens was held at the Rush Hudson Limbaugh Sr. United States Courthouse in Cape Girardeau, Mo., on Friday, April 30, 2010.
