Lack of space means that many supplies are stored directly outside of the kindergarten classroom, which is in the basement of Kelso C-7 School. Superintendent Bill Rogers appreciates the rich history of the building in the community, but thinks that it doesn't allow the district to serve the students as best as possible. (KIT DOYLE)
