SEMO Women's March

The SEMO Women's March was held Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, at Freedom Corner in Cape Girardeau. The event included musical performances, guest speakers and a march to celebrate women and speak out about women's rights. The march in Cape Girardeau was held in unison with national events led by Women's March to send a message of opposition to President Donald Trump and his agenda, including his attempt to fill the seat held by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the U.S. Supreme Court.
