House fire on Lake Road in Scott County

Members of the NBC Fire Protection District receive mutual aid from the Oran Fire Protection District, the Scott City Fire Department, the Scott County Rural Fire Protection District and the Scott County Sheriff's Office during a working fire Thursday, June 25, 2020, at a residence in the 300 block of Lake Road in Scott County between U.S. Highway 61 and Interstate 55. Family members at the scene said the owners of the home were away from the residence at the time of the fire and a dog died as a result of the incident.
