The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department hosted a Fall Family Festival featuring hay rides, s'mores, martial arts demonstrations, yard games, a hay maze and more Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019, at the Shawnee Park Center in Cape Girardeau.
