Car pulled from Mississippi River at Red Star Dock

A car is towed out of the Mississippi River Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 12, 2019, at the Red Star Dock in Cape Girardeau while first responders and officials watch. Witnesses called police Monday night after watching the car, which was later found to have had one male inside, drive into the river.
