The 24th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Celebration Sunday, Jan. 19, at St. James AME Church in Cape Girardeau. Rev. Cecil Thomas was the keynote speaker at the event which was presented by the Dr. Martin Luther King Citywide Celebration Committee.
