I guess the vehicles can be used to get to Las Vegas where Senators Reid (D) and Heller (R) got inserted into the immigration bill a little gem of $100 million for promoting the city. Affectionately known as the "Casino Kickback". We all know about Reid but the Republican Heller was against immigration reform before he is now for it. Reminds me of buying votes for Obummercare.

You guys are uneducated. Didn't you know there is a constitutional right to cell phones, health care and cars? It's right there in the constitution.

I don't think the intent of the proposal is to provide vehicles but to furnish transportation. But I wouldn't put it past them.
Why should transportation need be provided? Most areas already have subsidised transportation systems in place. I suspect this will evolve to be another mandate on business to provide.
Employers already have enough dissincentives to hire young and/or unskilled people and pay them more than they are worth.
