  I remember a guy, many years ago when we were on a trip and ended up in a restaurant in Tangiers. His instruction to the waiter when he ordered. Bring me a hard boiled egg and a Coca Cola..... and don't open either one of them.

• About 15 years ago a case similar to this showed up in the emergency room of the hospital where a family member worked. The removal of this mangled member was attempted by the wife using her molars. She had caught him cheating.
