Americans Give Progressive Bullies Bloody Noses!
Progressive Democrats became trapped in a roach motel of their own making in the mid-terms, and the American people have finally tossed them in the trash bin. Democratic race-baiting and the politics of personal destruction temporarily pushed wholesome, patriotic citizens to the ground, but on November 4th, they stood up collectively and bloodied their bullies' noses.
For months, the American people were pounded with television and radio ads that pushed the propagandist lies--if you vote for Republicans, there'll be more Ferguson and Trayvon Martin murders, possibly resulting in rioters filling the streets. Women will be treated as second-class citizens and subjected to 18th century tactics. Minorities will be blockaded from the polling stations. (Attorney General, Eric Holder, actually sent his men to numerous states to observe the predicted voting atrocities.)
Republican ideas of balancing the federal budget, creating jobs through the free-market system, lowering taxes, securing our borders, and making the United States energy independent; are all "racist" ideas because they're in direct conflict with President Obama's agenda.
The "people" resoundingly said NO MORE. In exit polls, 65% of all voters said America is headed in the wrong direction. 60% of voters either "only sometimes" trust this government, while one-in-five, say "never." Just look at the results.
Harry Reid, who has protected Obama since 2012, by shutting down the regular order of the U.S. Senate, and blocked Republican-passed legislation, has been banished as Speaker. The Republicans have easily won the majority.
The House Republicans now have 242 seats--the largest majority since 1946.
Republican gubernatorial candidates were swept into office across America. Scott Walker, the hated target of Democrats won reelection for the third time. Democratic candidates, who had Obama campaign for them personally, were rebuked. Anthony Brown, in Maryland, lost--In Democrat-Blue Illinois, Pat Quinn, lost. Other notable wins for Republicans came in Michigan, Florida, Maine, Oregon, and Kansas--and it goes on and on.
Voters rejected the "race-card politics of democrats." Mia Love, the daughter of Haitian immigrants, won her race in Utah, becoming the first black Republican woman ever elected to Congress. Republican Tim Scott, of South Carolina, became only the fifth black U.S. senator, and the first in the south, since the 19th century.
Joni Ernst became the first female senator ever elected from the state of Iowa. Plus, Shelley Moore Capito became the first female senator from West Virginia.
What about the relevance of Obama Care with voters? According to the Washington Examiner, 27 democratic senators who voted for Obama Care will not be part of the new Senate being sworn in next January.
You can poke and push "We the People", but when you mess with the greatest Republic in the world, Americans will bloody your progressive noses.
Charles Krauthammer, columnist and opinion writer, said the Democrats who were swept into office on Obama's "coattails", have now become "toxic." "I think this is the end of an era for Democrats."
