Whether you're a Republican, Democrat,Independent, or Libertarian, we can only hope the man you're about to meet will run for President in 2016.

Dr. Benjamin Carson, one of the world's top neurosurgeons at John Hopkins Hospital, was invited to speak at this year's National Prayer Breakfast. Sitting just a few feet away were President Obama and the First Lady, Michelle. For 27-minutes, they were forced to listen to a brilliant, common sense lecture on where our country is headed and why it's critical we change course.

When you have the spare time, I recommend that everyone listen to his speech which has caused quite a stir and resulted in many Americans calling for the doctor to run in 2016. Using your search engine, type in: Dr. Carson, National Prayer Breakfast.

Personally, I believe he could reunite our nation and solve our deficit and economic woes. It's worth the 27-minutes. You be your own judge.

Background: Father of two adult children and grandpa to five. Ideologically, I'm a fiscal conservative and a news junkie who enjoys writing. I believe the 1st Amendment is critical to America's survival. We're free to express our opinions and have the freedom to assemble as citizens, whether it's "Occupy" or "Tea Party" gatherings. Freedom of the press is our government watchdog, and freedom of religion binds us together in a civil, God-fearing society. Oh, by the way, I'm proud of my PHD (public high school diploma) and my Masters in CSI. (Common Sense Intellect).
