More casino details to be revealed tomorrowPosted Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at 2:34 PM
After writing about plans for a casino in Cape Girardeau since the spring of 2010, tomorrow I'll get my first look inside the nearly finished Isle Casino Cape Girardeau project.
In the morning, the Missouri Gaming Commission will meet in Cape Girardeau to hear both city and casino officials make presentations required under the state's licensing process. You can read more about that here: http://www.semissourian.com/story/190597...
Tomorrow afternoon, after years of anticipation, Southeast Missourian photographer Laura Simon and I will be among the media representatives who will get a tour of the $135 million facility.
Look for a photo gallery from Laura and story by me with lots of new details about the new casino from both the Gaming Commission meeting and the media tour.
Isle Casino Cape Girardeau is set to open at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
