  • I've been to Smoothie King in other cities and have seen the menu -- not everything has the same nutritional value as a Whopper combo meal. Just ask or look at the calorie chart. It's not hard. Some of them are very healthy.

  • You definitely have to be very careful which smoothie you order and how you order it. If you're going to be a "regular" you should have a good job and probably be working out as well to counter the amount of calories you'll be taking in.

  • If you get a 20 ounce Slim-N-Trim and say make it skinny it is only 153 calories and 1 gram of fat

  • NO! IGNORE THE FACT THAT THEY CAN BE HEALTHY. PLEASE CHOOSE THE LARGEST & LEAST HEALTHY ON THE MENU AND PRESENT THAT AS THE SOLE EXAMPLE OF HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE.
