Homebuyer Tax Credit Expires April 30Posted Thursday, April 1, 2010, at 9:55 AM
This month is the last month for buyers to take advantage of the $8,000 first-time home buyer federal tax credit.
Legislation passed in November extended the credit through April 30, 2010.
My sister and her husband took advantage of this opportunity to buy their first home last year.
Did any of you benefit from this program as well?
If you're a local realtor, did this incentive help boost your business?
