One Step at a Time -- Part IV: First Long Day

I have officially begun training to walk my first half marathon. The plan is to walk for 60 minutes each Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and to do my "long walk" on Sunday. I had hoped to start training on a Tuesday, so I could build up to a long day, but it didn't work out that way...
