But seriously, Rudi Keller just alerted me to this San Diego Union-Tribune story from Chula Vista, Calif., in which that community's highest ranking official in this case city manager David Garcia is in hot water for using his computer to look at a certain former "Baywatch" star. At least two city employees complained; the scolded city manager, hired just about a year ago to his $225,000-a-year post, has promised to stop his on-the-job hobby.
