Financial Affairs - Monthly Bills Action Items - Power and Light Committee - Street Committee - Consider authorizing the closure of certain streets in the Central Business District, at 3:30 p.m., Nov. 4, 2007, for the Veteran's Day Parade. - Consider accepting the bid of Lappe Cement Finishing, Inc., of Perryville, Missouri, in the amount of $101,168.95, for the Seabaugh Road improvement project. - Consider proposing an ordinance authorizing a contract with Lappe Cement Finishing, Inc., for the Seabaugh Road improvement project. - Consider proposing an ordinance amending Chapter 39 of the Code of Ordinances, to repeal and add a truck route designation on East Main Street. - Consider proposing an ordinance approving the rezoning of 1619 North High Street, from R-2 (Single-Family Residential) District to C-2 (General Commercial) District, as submitted by George and Pamela Shields. - Consider proposing an ordinance approving the voluntary annexation of 17.15 acres of property located along Greensferry Road, as submitted by Bob and Jane Clark; Ron and Marcia Clark; B&R Developers, LLC; and Mathes Construction, LLC. - Consider proposing an ordinance approving the voluntary annexation of approximately 2.32 acres of property along Bainbridge Road, as submitted by the McKendree Chapel Memorial Association. - Consider proposing an ordinance approving the voluntary annexation of 1.85 acres of property, as submitted by The Executive Board of the Missouri Baptist Convention.
