Acknowledging them the same…..is it possible?

I'm tired of seeing all the attention go to those students going above and beyond in sports and NONE going to those students going above and beyond in math and science. My goal is to change this trend and I need your help. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to see local students achieve great success in sports, but those students going above and beyond in academics deserve the same attention.

Robert Cawthorn of Jackson is going above and beyond in math and science at Southeast Missouri State University….he's creating a superconductor. Click HERE to learn more about one of southeast Missouri's top student scientists. Do you know of a student scientist? If so send me an e-mail at jlindsey@hookedonscience.org and I'll profile them right here in my blog at the semissourian.com.
