Correcting confusion

Don Roberts, head of the police department's traffic division, unfolds the mystery following a recent accident at Broadway and North Sprigg. It's only one of many complications police experience daily while working a steadily increasing number of city accidents. (Steve Robertson ~ Southeast Missourian archive)
