Nancy Friedman, also known as the Telephone Doctor, will lead sessions on improving customer service at one's company during the 10th annual meeting of the Medical Group Management Association. Scheduled for Nov. 18, the seminar will feature a self-assessment quiz to evaluate one's current customer service situation and a question and answer session.
