TWO LOVELY LADIES.......
This is the last in a series of blogs introducing you to the cast and crew of our upcoming show, "A Night in the Theatre." Today I would like you to meet two very lovely ladies, Emily Hornburg (playing three roles) and Marsha Morgan (playing Margaret Locker).
Emily is excited to be part of another RCP production. Her versatility is apparent as she plays the three different roles of Ophelia, Queen Gertrude, and the Player Queen. Last season she played Naomi in "Faith County." She tells us she loves being part of such a great theatre community. Emily serves as the youth minister at St. Andrew Lutheran Church and practically lives at Starbucks and the closest bookstore.
Marsha graduated from Anna-Jonesboro Community High School in Illinois. She currently lives in Anna. Marsha has two beautiful, spunky, daughters, Serena and Danica that like to keep her busy! She has always had a flare for the dramatics, but not an avenue to express them, until open auditions with RCP this past March. "A Night in the Theatre" is Marsha's first production with the Players. Marsha said that she is truly over-joyed to be a part of River City Players. She feels that it is an honor. She gives a special thank you to Andrea Shovan (the director) for the encouragement and opportunity. ALSO, a big thanks she gives to her mother, Sharon Morgan for all of her help.
