According to the Farmers' Almanac this part of the country could see icy temperatures and decent snowfall this winter. The Farmers' Almanac is actually forecasting a "numbing" winter, with below-average temperatures for at least two-thirds of the country. How accurate is the Farmer's Almanac? I always thought it wasn't very accurate.
