Not that I'm a marketing ****, but why have a "challenge" that no one can win? Seems to me that interest will fall off pretty quickly. Just put the 4 pounds of meat out there minus the stale bread and condiments. The worst that could happen is that people keep coming back--probably with friends.

Every few weeks? How long do the buns sit up there at the bakery waiting to be picked up? I'm sorry, but telling me the bun could already be more than a month old by the time it hits my plate is NOT going to get me to come to your restaurant!
