Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Deparmtne released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests * Bobby J. Hastings, 23, 537 N. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary. * Tonya B. Jones, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device. * John W. Jennings, 33, of Cranberry Township., Penn., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trespassing. * Clayton J. Willis, 26, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. * Amanda L. Beck, 29, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of stealing. * A subject is in custody pending charges for violating an order of protection. * A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault. * Brian E. Clemons, 25, 115 N. Henderson St., was arrested on suspicion of noise disturbance. * A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of solvents. * Isiah L. Mathis, 25, of 2525 Themis St., No. 8, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine and cost for trespassing and insurance identification. * Daniel T. Harmon, 27, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault. Summonses * Christopher M. Spencer, 34, 9 S. Benton St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for harassment. * Breanna N. Branscum, 17, 526 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for assault. * Ryan P. Roggow, 22, 2010 Lee Drive, was issued a summons for noise disturbance. Thefts * A 2004 GMC box truck was reported stolen at 740 S. Kings-highway. * A DVD player and radar detector were reported stolen at 424 Sheridan St. * A television, computer and purse were reported stolen at 708 S. Benton St. * An iPod and a wallet were reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St. Property damage n A bicycle was reported damaged at 1022 S. Pacific St. * A window was reported damaged at 413 N. Frederick St. Miscellaneous n A 29-year-old man was placed in protective custody. * A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody. * A 55-year-old man was placed in protective custody. * Violation of a protection order was reported. * A 52-year-old man was placed in protective custody. * A 50-year-old woman was placed in protective custody. |
