New Science ProgramWednesday, August 6, 2008
Each year I visit more than 100 schools and community events doing hands-on science experiments. I'm excited to announce these NEW school programs for the 2008/09 school year. Hooked on Science School Program From a hovercraft to smoke rings, the new Hooked on Science school program is oozing with fun science. Outreach science educator Jason Lindsey works with each educator to create a science show that complements his or her current science curriculum. Each Hooked on Science school program will be broadcast LIVE at www.hookedonscience.org. Hooked on Science Spooky Science School Program Outreach science educator Jason Lindsey will brew up some spooky science in this school program. Students will create spooky slime, make a spoon scream by using dry ice, create bubbling potions, and more. Each Hooked on Science Spooky Science School Program will be broadcast LIVE at www.hookedonscience.org. Hooked on Science Parochial School Program The NEW Hooked on Science parochial school program is tailored toward those schools looking for biblical content to complement each Hooked on Science experiment. Outreach science educator Jason Lindsey works with each educator to create a science show that complements his or her current science curriculum. Jason Lindsey is an award winning Outreach Science Educator for the Bootheel Youth Museum in Malden, MO. Each year Lindsey performs science experiments at hundreds of schools and community events.
