The Board of Regents last week approved a series of rate increases for tuition, general fees, residence halls costs and textbook costs. COMET VIEWING SET FOR CAPAHA PARK

Craig Joseph, an assistant physics professor at Southeast Missouri State University, will host a viewing of Comet Hyakutake tonight through Tuesday night from 9-11 p.m. at Cherokee Park near Shelter No. 2.
