LETTERS: LOFTY UNIVERSITY GOALS
(Letter to the Editor ~ 02/08/96)
To the editor: I was greatly impressed with the university's desire and optimistic attitude in expanding its rolls for the year 2000. I have great faith in the university's ability to accomplish that purpose. In order to continue our success as being one of the finest universities, it is so necessary to keep up with the latest advancements such as to widen the use and knowledge of computers that are used more extensively each day. Technology is advancing at a great speed...

(Letter to the Editor ~ 02/08/96)
To the editor: Thanks for an informed editorial Jan. 31 on "Abortion counsel." I agree that we need this bill, and it reduces abortion. Good. Isn't that what we want? LETTERS: NO NEED FOR NEW PARK
(Letter to the Editor ~ 02/08/96)
To the editor: Cape Girardeau Councilman Tom Neumeyer's claim that "everyone wins" in the proposed purchase of the Old St. Vincent's Seminary property is clearly mistaken. The people are the losers.
